Hey guys, Mr. Doug Irvin is a reviewer, but still the same story. He doesn't like to see the same plane 2 or 3 times a week. He is addicted to this criticism. That gives him something to say.

Aer Lingus 87 EDIW-KCLE is a great representation of the future direction in trans-atlantic services. The extended range capabilities of the Airbus 321NEO and Boeing 737 MMAX allow for smaller cities across the pound to be connected that wouldn't have been able to or profitable before. The Cleveland market is a great example. Many past attempts were made to connect Cleveland to Europe, none of them successful. Aer Lingus operating the Airbus 321NEO started their service for summer of 2023. The route has done veery well with loads having been very good at 97%. The low operating cost with fewer seats needed to be sold makes the Airbus 321NEO a great option for these types of routes. With the success of this new route it is an almost guaranteed to return next summer of even become year-round.

@John Giambone - Excellent pictures and thank you for all your contributions. Doug Irvin is just a pathetic troll who thinks the world revolves around him. Considering he complains about but never posts any pictures, he is a troll to be ignored.

Wonderful plane. Back in my days in the Air Force as a ATC Radar Tech at Craig AFB, Selma, AL and then at Vance AFB, Enid OK we didn't love them as we had so much trouble with radar seeing them as they only have 1 square foot of reflective surface.

This plane was built to ferry the Soviet space shuttle. They could have parked it at Kingman, Arizona.

Thanks Bob! And FA automatically puts a hyphen when I put the BuNo in unfortunately. Not sure what’s up with that.

@A Mentor - I hear and appreciate what you are saying and would probably agree with you most of the time as to your point. On the one hand, I kind of feel sorry for Doug. Perhaps he is lonely because his personality type drives people out of his life. I thought maybe he is just an anal-retentive narcissist personality type? Perhaps. But I thought I wouled just help trigger him by posting T-Bird photos with the same 4-6 airplane pics and do it over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again. Give him something to really enjoy complaining about. I just want to make sure he is happy. Some folk's just aren't happy unless they are miserable. And misery loves company. Doug - your complaints are always welcome here on my photos. I appreciate your feedback. #BeHappy!

@John: Dougie is OCD and thrives on public responces ... of any kind. Our best tactic is to totally ignore anything he posts ... aka starve him to death :-)

It’s a Boeing F-18E. M&A was completed in 1995. No need for a hyphen in the Bureau Number. It is contiguous - 166775. Nice photo!

Flow on military Constellation 1959 from Philippines, Clark AFB, to USA. Lost engine power in one engine, detour to Midway. Three things I remember the most. One, seeing gooney birds do their ballet, two watching the gooney birds taking off and three on the Constellation got to go to the cockpit. May have been a long time ago, but these our the things I remember happening when I was 9 year old. Now I'm 73, remember like almost yesterday.

todays cockpit layout is one thing, flight safety is another. The basic T for instrumentation is gone, the basic flying skills, needle, ball and airspeed are hidden for the sake of digitalisation, colored picture screens can't replace basic flying instruments as good as your "butt" training. Fly<ing is still done by the seat of your pants and certainly not by electrons iluminating screens and autopilots.

I never realized how difficult of a shot this was to try and capture until the last couple of times I have seen the T-Birds. Closing rate of over 1000 mph. Didn't even come close.! Well Done Peter!
